Marc Lowdermilk is the Construction Manager and General Contractor. He received a B.S. in marketing from Western Carolina University in 1986.

Marc served as president of the Western Pedmont Home Builder's Association in 2002, 2003, and 2006. Marc is currently serving on the board of directors.
